Why not start by making yourself 1 small goal each day and set out to acheive it, some ideas are........
8 glasses of water a day
2 pieces of fruit a day
5 serve of veg a day
15 minutes of exercise a day (start small)
Eat breakfast everyday (if you dont already)
Little things like that tend to mount up and become a habit rather than a chore and go towards making a healthier you.
