Hi! I've been trying to lose about 25 kilos for the last three years but I haven't really stuck to any plan. I did for awhile and lost 15 kilos, but I stopped taking care of myself and ended up with the pounds on again. So, this time I've signed up to the gym, got myself my own little home gym, and I've been eating insanely healthy for the last week. I'm hoping to lose the 25 kilos in the next 3-5 months before summer starts again!
