One of the biggest things I have regretted so far on my weight loss journey is not taking any pictures of me when I was at my heaviest. I think they could possible be the greatest inspiration ever and it's the best way to judge your progress. Good luck and I hope you find the courage. :)

no one likes seeing photos of themselves at their heaviest. i hate having photos taken. i wouldve liked before and after shots of me in my underwear just to see the difference because sometimes clothes really do obscure whats underneath!!

post the pics when you are ready. we arent here to judge you, we are here to encourage you and i am sure your pics will help motivate other people :)

Take your time with posting your pics, you do it when you feel comfy with it mate.....it is always nice to put a face to the name and to see progress, but dont feel pressured to do so!!

I agree that it is always great to have pics of your journey on hand for you to look at...that way you can see how far you have come...I always remember an article in a slimming mag a few years back where this lady had a piccie taken in her bra and undies and then she had progress pics taken in the same spot every 10kg or so and by the end she said not only was she amazed at her weight loss transformation, but also she could see how much smaller she had become because you could see more of the background....they showed her starting and ending pic and it was amazing!!
