hey every1 Im not really on a strict food plan but i go to the gym 3-4 times a week and somedays i have my deepfried chips and icecreams and like every weekend has been a mates 18th and i have like drinks with them, and i've still managed to lose a kilo a week. i think its pretty good cos after exams i'm going to organise my food properly and start running and that more, but unfortally after exams my mates and i are goin away camping and that for skoolies :( i reckon i'll have to run it off during the middays when we're not drinking and stick to those new sugarless jim beams, :D does any1 else find that still having a treat every now and again and still losing those numbers they want? cheers

wow you are lucky !! wish i could eat anything and still lose weight LOL. i think even on schoolies you will be having big nights but during the days you will be walking around heaps and swimming etc.
