I'm in the 80's FINALLY!

Postby linda » Thu Jan 26, 2006 8:19 pm

I am so excited, lost 1 kg this week 89.5, I have now entered the 80's never to see the 90's again! I feel so good too that now I have stopped going to the gym and by doing the home gym thing I can actually lose weight.

Congratulations Linda. Fantastic news that you are finding your home gym just as good as going to gym, don't forget to save $$$ you would have spent going to gym to splurge on a new outfit,
see you in the forum,

That is fab Linda! What an achievement. You should give yourself a very big pat on the back. 10 kgs is just a great achievement. I can't even think about getting to 5kg loss!!! :? But with a lot of praying(and probably more good eating and exercise!!!) I do hope that I will get to my 11kg loss sometime this year. It would be really nice to have a new me for chrissy. That is what I might ask Santa for hey!!! :D I bet the compliments have been flowing freely for you lately Linda. That gives you the biggest boost, when you see a friend whom you haven't seen for a few months and they say wow you look fab! That just makes your day. Hasn't happened to me since 2001 when I lost 10kgs so I guess I gotta lose a few more kgs before it happens again. But boy, I'm hanging out for that because it encourages you to keep trying.
