URGH - I feel DISGUSTING.
I WAS doing a detox, but only lastet one week. Am so disgusted in myself, I lost 2kg in that week and whilst I was a bit peckish and edgy from lack of caffeine I felt good.
The last fortnight however is a blur of bad eating, zilch exercise and feeling CRUDDY.
I've put back on 1.5kg + of the 2kg I lost.
Well that's my boo hoo moment. Back on the bandwagon I guess.
I'm off to Jazz in The Vines with a girlfriend tomorrow. We are on a bus trip so there will be nibblies and booze galore.
SO - the plan of attack is to get stuck into my housework now (it's almost 3pm) then hit the gym before (a healthy) dinner (with only a SMALL quantity of wine) and to also eat well / exercise on Sunday.
