I've now lost about 25kg, and If i look in the mirror, and the way I feel, I think I haven't lost any weight. I feel and look in the mirror the same as I've always been. The only evidence I have of my weight loss doesn't come from me, but from outside sources... i.e. Scales, Pants getting too big, and girls saying "Geeze, you've lost a lot of weight hey..."
(I've noticed guys don't tend to notice if people have lost weight... Even my best mate who was always on me at the gym telling me I needed to start losing weight didn't notice a difference when I saw him after losing 20kg.)
