What type of nuts can I eat ?

I am a big lover of nuts and I was wondering what type of nuts I can eat in moderation of course that won't start putting the weight back on again.

a small handful of unsalted peanuts :) stay away from the cashews! if you are a nut lover like me one serving of cashews (20cashews) isnt enough !!

I'm a big cashew & peanut lover I dont eat them coz I just cant stop at a few. Stay away from salted nut's & sugar coated but almonds & peacan are fine I think any nut is fine but you limit youself to a handfull, not the whole packet.

I eat 100g of raw unsalted almonds every week
Start Weight-79.1kg
Current Weight - 69kg
Target Weight- 58kg

Anything that's not coated in salt, glazed etc etc.. Raw nuts are best, not roasted.

Brazil nuts are full of selenium, Walnuts are said to be good for brain function, Almonds are the lowest in fat, there are so many different types! Pistachios, Macadamias, Peanuts, Pecans. Totally up to you, just see which ones you like :) :) The best thing to do is probably go into somewhere like Charlesworth and ask for a couple of each to work out which ones you like :)
