what amazed me this week is the amount of low weight loss. They work hard at the gym, watch what they eat and still only lose a little. I have lost over 2 kilos just doing basic exercise mainly walking. So why would you put your body through all that when you can do less and lose the same. The only reason I say this is because I was always wondering if should have a more workout then just walking in the morning. If the results are the same I might just stick to what I am doing. I am aware that little loses are the way to go but for the workout they are doing I would exept a higher lost.

Yeh, I was a little surprised at the weight loss too but may be its just the fact they us Aussies weigh in kilograms. When you talk pounds it seems so much more . . . .

I was expecting the larger people to have bigger weight losses. Don't get me wrong, rapt for them to lose the weight they did but if you have stopped your normal life and can focus solely on exercising and healthy eating, I would have thought the results better than for people like us, trying to fit in exercise and healthy eating into busy lives.

Can't wait to see tomorrow night, I want to know why Artie, Fiona and Tracy want to leave the house rather than achieve their weight loss goal . . . .

What a surprise about Harry (didnt see that one coming) A little surprised at the reaction from the blue team about the room changes but I can understand. I would be quite angry if people moved my things without me knowing. They should have asked first. It will be interesting to see who gets paired up.

Yes Fiona did blow things a bit out of proportion, but then again I remember that they said on The Big Brother show, that every little thing seems so much larger when you live in a small world locked up together.

Poor Tracy losing her diamond studs when they threw everything on the bed spread and switched rooms.
I'm glad the two teams are now one, it will be interesting to see who gets on with whom.

The blue team acted in true blue team style last night. They were hillarious!!!! Not one of them will win that cash.
I believe it is big wal or kristy who will win.

I love how they have gotten rid of the teams. It will be good to see how "loyal" those loosers from the blue team are now. They made idiots out of themselves on national tv last night and it was so good to see.

I am looking forward to seeing more of their tantrums :D

I missed last nights show also,as it was my sons birthday.i forgot to tape it too.i also would like an update PLEASE. wasnt monday night funny,i think kristie new she went too far with the joke.even if it was a smaller joke i still think tracey and the others would over react cause that is the type of people they r.they would think it was ok to do that to others but turn it around and they dont like it.

Yea I dont think it would have mattered much what they did either. They are drama queens but it was just great watching them act like little children so people got to get a glimpse of what they are all about.

Last nights episode followed on from the Blue Teams tantrums over the change of room. Bob arrived to find his Blue Team still in bed, he was told what had happened and Fiona refused to speak to anyone when the camera was on. He told them to have showers and meet him downstairs.

The Blue team went to the secret garden and Fiona finally spoke. Fiona had a miraculous change of heart and claims she's 'seen the light', she has finally worked out that she has been a quitter all her life and quitting doesn't work for her anymore. So after all that drama and their promises, the blue team hung around - surprise, surprise!

It is now the half way mark so Ajay went through everyone's weight loss to date and gave percentage of overall body weight lost, here they are:
Ruth - lost 13.7kg = 8.83%
Fiona - lost 9.6kg = 9.5%
Adro - lost 13.7kg = 10.04%
Artie - lost 15.9kg = 10.17%
Tracy - lost 11.2kg = 10.2%
Kristy - lost 14kg = 13.36%
Shane - lost 22.8kg = 14.81%
Wal - lost 26.6kg = 15.05%

So this made Wal the BIGGEST LOSER to date. Pretty good considering he fudged the figures last weigh in.

There is now no blue and red teams, everyone will be put in pairs. There was a secret ballot to see who would be given the power to choose the teams - Wal won that power.

I think these were the teams:
Ruth and Adro
Fiona and Shane
Artie and Tracy
Wal and Kristy

I think that was about all.
