When i jumped on the scales this morning as i usually do it was a nice suprise to see it had gone down.. But im confused cause with me going down on the scales it aint making fitting into my jeans any easier.
1. Is it because i havent been pushing weights and am loosing the muscle?

2. Are my clothes just shrinking in the clothes dryer?

Expert opinions please...

How much has it gone down? And.. I don't know.

As long as I live, I will NEVER figure out the whimsical ways of the scales.. perhaps do some waist measurements and things and check that monthly, as well as weighing in?

I figure as long as it continues to go down, you'll be right.. :)

Answer: Clothes are crazy.

I have 2 favourite pair of jeans. I've lost 8kg. Both fit me before I did that. Now one is getting rather loose and sliding down more than normal. The other pair fit me the same as they ever did. Jeans are silly creatures...

Its the clothes, they are shrinking in the dryer! (true, some clothes do actually shrink in the dryer).
