Clothes: What's your biggest and smallest?

Postby rivenriver » Wed Oct 31, 2007 11:59 am

Inspired by the clothing size thread.

We all seem to fit into different sized clothes. I reckon it's because clothes are stupid and sizes don't correlate well between brands or styles. ;)

So, to test my theory, what's the biggest and smallest size you own that you fit into? Not average, just the extremes. And not that you own and want to / used to fit into, just the ones that actually fit now.

I have a pair of Sara track pants that are a size 26. And I have a Latanza t shirt that is a size 6. :)

I have a size 16 jeans that fit nice and i tried on a size 12 the other day that were perfect!

Clothing sizes really do need to be regulated!!! Its a bit annoying! :?

my lowest is a size 10 (or S), my largest would be size 14, but most of those are verging on the too loose now. Only the odd small sized 14 fits properly.

I bought my first ever pair of size 10 trouses the other week (from vinnies for $5, I love em) And I was stoked!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

biggest smallest

Postby mimosa8 » Wed Oct 31, 2007 4:21 pm

my biggest clothing size was size 18 when I was in year 10. My weight has really fluctuated over the years. My lowest size was 6. 80+ kg at most and 44kg at least. I havnt kept any size 6 clothes its unattainable and not a heathy weight. kept my size 8's (good stuff) and most of wardrobe is 10's. im 11-12 at the moment only have 1 pair of jeans and 1 pair of black pants that fit.. lol
Anyone else have the same problem?

My highest was a pair of size 18 jeans (the same jeans that made me get off my bum and lose weight) and I recently fit into size 8 Esprit 3/4 pants and an Esprit skirt :)
