Thanks for your replies everyone, will give them a try. LBF- I do exercise, i walk twice a day (& fortunately or unfortunately we live in a hilly area
) and when the weather's bad i go on the treadmill, I also do squats and sit ups. I, like you, have a 3 month old baby and so am a bit limited as to what i can do and when i can do it. I guess i could go to the gym of an evening but when bubby goes to bed at 7pm, pitifully
i'm not far behind him coz he wears me out and i feel so tired by the end of the day...also have to wonder what sort of adventures the night ahead is going to bring. Don't mind the idea of eating a high kj meal,haha, maybe i should organise for hubby to take me out for dinner and eat a great meal.
