Lately i've been going on holidays or over to friend's houses for a few days and though I may eat some foods that I usually wouldn't eat at home I actually lose weight...the only conclusion for this is that I don't do any exercise on these trips so I lose muscle.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! :D

Incidental exercise might factor in to it.

Did you do a lot of walking?

Yeah I think exercise is the key. Would you rather keep the weight or lose it?

Or perhaps it is something psychological, you're not at home etc so your mind makes your body do weird things... but I might be crazy...
