AHHH!!!

Postby chook81 » Wed Nov 07, 2007 1:11 pm

ok, i just worked out that it is 37 days until my wedding...wow!
Surely I can be good for 37 days?

Goal:
To lose a few (3-4) more kgs...i think that should be possible in 37 days.
To get my skin undercontrol...dont want any pimples on the day
And more importantly to tone my arms and back more as I am wearing a strapless dress and really dont want the dreaded back fat.

How I am going to achieve this goal:
I will drink 2-3 litres of water everyday
I will eat healthy for the next 37 days.
I will walk on the treadmill for at least 20 mins every day and I will go to the gym 3-4 times a week.

If anyone has any more suggestions that would be great.

Will check back in here with how I am going.

maybe trying to eat between 1400 and 1500 calories. You may need to find something to calculate how many calories you need to eat/burn for weight loss.

I know you can do it! You go girl

TRICEP KICKBACKS!! Theyre crazy for tuckshop arms. and the tricep pull down machine thing at the gym is good too - i like to do 20-30 mins weights and 30-60 mins cardio - so for weights i'd do leg press, chest press, bicep curls and hammers, tricep pull downs and tricep kick backs and crunches then i'd vary between the bike, treadmill and cross trainer. That stripped the fat off last time and toned :P probably 3-5 times a week.

for your skin drink HEAPS of water - depending on your skin type i am prone to rashes and eczema and i use Avene (when i can afford it) and my skin cleared up well. :D

thanks they sound good.

I am also going to make sure that I take at least 12000 steps a day on the pedometer.

With all the stress and last minute things to do I just have to make sure that I stay focused.

How exciting!! Write out a weekly exercise diary & stick to it. Tick off when completed, Try & mix up your exercise routine dont just do the same thing day in day out. If you go & have anything naughty think 1st, you are aloud a small piece of chocolate like milky way or fury friend chocolate if you have the desire to want chocolate. Drink plenty of water & watch your portion's with food.

Goodluck with your wedding & getting to your goal weight, I want to see pics aswell so please post tham.

eat protein with every meal. it will help you keep fuller for longer.

eat small meals every 4 hours. eat low GI

Drink the water.. definately.... take vitamins, fish oils.

maybe try something from GNC or supermarket to rev up metabolism.. eg fatblaster, xantrax or herrons metabolism support or optidrene (GNC) or something like that to give a bit of a kick to exercise and helps reduce appetite. Also satilean (GNC) is really good appetite suppressant (non stimulating)

They say CLA can boost weight loss.. it accesses the "brown fat" according to the naturopath i saw today,

get into your green tea and herbal teas too..

MOST OF ALL believe in yourself

YOU CAN DO IT!! You could lose 5kg + tone up and feel great, and i bet you will look beautiful for your wedding. hope you post some pics of the day...

good luck..
