That's two months... so 10kg would be HUGE but I think that would be the absolute max if you pushed yourself to the limit... 5kg or more I reckon you oughta be stoked :)

yeah i totally agree with Mandie. You should aim for up to a kg a week, but the first couple of weeks you'll probably loose more (i call it excess weight) i dunno if thats a scientific thing tho coz i read somewhere u lose lots of water weight too. 10kg would make sense :)

goodluck, aim for gold!

Yeah, the most you can generally loose in a week is 1kg, but that's not guaranteed. Even if you work really hard you might go forwards and backwards a bit. And since you said your weightloss so far has been slow, it's probably a bit ambitious. Maybe aim for between 5 and 10? Birthdays can be a big inspirer, but you might not make it too, and you can beat yourself up about that. Mine's coming up. I was going to be under 100kg. I'm not going to be. But I'm stoked to be under 110, and maybe by then I'll have lost the full 10kg, which would be awesome. So yeah, aim high, but have the flexibility to readjust your goals if you need to.

I would aim for 5Kg to start with to see if you get there especially with christmas comming up. Look for 0.5 to 1 Kg loss a week, slow & steady is better than a quick fix.

The quicker you lose it, the quicker it can come back. I agree, slow and steady is a whole lot more successful then quick and fast.

There is no quick fix with money, ambition, and neither weight loss.

Did you set your goal for Jan? I agree with the others - 5kg is a good healthy loss to strive for. Congrats on losing that 3kg, too. :)
