Great post!
There is no "magical" product that will allow you to lose weight over night without doing anything. However, there are a few products that can significantly speed up the whole process and really help you lose weight.

You know, I've been to Thailand. 90% of the women there are thin. For Westerners, some Thai women would seem anorexic. But I found out that 90% of their diet has huge amount of chili. :shock: I thought I'm a person that can withstand hot dishes with ease. But it was nothing compared to Thai dishes.

Another thing is they always have vegetables at every meal. And they sometimes eat pork and rarely eat beef - mostly fish. They love their noodles, breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.

Good description on the importance of Weight loss. Very basic view is discussed. I also want to loss my weight. Thanks for sharing it.

EXERCISE - for a successful weight loss with physical activity, exert a minimum of 5 to 30 minute sessions/week. Look for something you enjoy as the possibilities of exercising are almost unlimited. Walking with a friend, swimming, playing, jogging - enjoy its positive benefits and feel active and healthy.

The fight against obesity is a long and timely process and too often it is a temporary event followed by a regular weight loss. Many weight loss programs that are available in the internet nowadays so with perseverance and support, obesity can be achieved. Make it a habit!Have a healthy weight loss!

Thank you for this information. I think it is very required information for me . i am a working women . i have to give 10 hr sitting a day . my height is 5'1" and my weight is 69kg . before 2 years i was 58 kg. after marriage i gain weight.
:oops: I am feeling embarrassing just because of my fat. my husband start to ignore me just because of my fat . no body loves me, every one makes fun of me . I want to be slim i can do each and every thing for it. please help me how i can reduce my weight fast. :arrow:

This is great helpful info and advice. I'm so glad I joined this forum today. I have been browsing the posts and am very impressed by
the great helpful ideas for weight loss and keeping healthy. I'm sure everyone can learn something from each of the members of this

Not really sure if this is against forum rules but I'll soon find out.
Found a great free eBook called "[Title Removed]". It's by a personal trainer, so I'm pretty sure they aren't trying to sell you anything unless you live in the outer North-East of Melbourne. Great advice though – just had to share it.
