I've set my goal at losing 40-42kgs in the next 18months, which, I found out means that I have to walk 8kms a day and lose 2.33kgs per week. I then went and bought a treadmill which should be at my home in about a week, and I'm gonna walk that 8kms every day, I'm gonna do this even if it kills me.
I've always wanted to lose weight, I've always been big and I've always been picked on for it. But now I'm gonna do it, for my health, to look better and to look fabulous on my wedding day!
