Good luck!!!

Just wanna correct your maths - 2.33kg per month, not per week. ;) It's just over 500g per week, which sounds much more achievable. :)

Oh yeah, whoops, my bad, yeah 2.33kgs per month not per week! Whoa! That's extreme!

So far I've been doing pretty ok. Haven't had many sweets this week, I did have a bit of chocolate, but only a little bit, and I think that's ok. I'm gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning, just to get a better idea of where I am fully. Hopefully I'll get my treadmill soon! I want to attempt to walk 8kms a day. Atm, I'm walking 5kms in an hour, so I just have to push myself an extra 45mins and hopefully should do that when I get my treadmill!

Lol, I never thought I'd see the day when I was excited about the delivery of a treadmill :P

Ok, I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 2kgs already!!!! I'm continuing with my walking, feeling more motivated and energetic.

I'm hating the blisters on my feet and the sore back though, but I think in the end it will def. be worth it!

Thanks for all your support guys!

Well done on the 2kg loss! Blisters don't sound fun though, maybe you need some new shoes!

well done on 2kg loss! Where abouts are the blisters?? if they're around your heel area or on the sides of your feet it may well be time for new shoes and be sure to get good supportive walking shoes! If it's on the balls of your feet, they'll get used to it, just ease into it.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Yeah the blisters are on the balls... of my feet :)

I'm feeling pretty proud of myself and my fiancee has commented that my thighs look different. :D

Hopefully soon I can fit back into my bathing suit and be able to go for a swim!

Well done on the 2kgs! Hope your blisters improve soon, I'm a fellow blister-sufferer so I feel your pain! You can get special blister bandages from the chemist shop that are quite good, they're like little pillows :)

Sounds like a really achievable goal there too, hope it goes well :)

Oh man... I've been really bad today... I just ate like 3 Krispy Kremes and drank half a bottle of coke... :(

This is the only day that I've eaten badly, and I've been exercising everyday, and I'm still putting on weight :'(

I don't know what's going on!!

Hello Yellowroses
I just want to encourage you to keep at it...
i know it may seem frustrating ...ive been there over and over again...its happening to me now actually...
Your body may be compensating for weight lost or you may need to keep track of exactly what you are eating....you may find something is affecting it.
I remember a lady on TV who lost over 100kg said she discovered the secret of slim people....that is if they "fall off the wagon" they dont punish themselves they just continue on eating normally as if it never happened.
I know it is hard but in the end you will either be fatter or thinner and you have to make that choice every time you pick up any food or drink.
