So far I've been doing pretty ok. Haven't had many sweets this week, I did have a bit of chocolate, but only a little bit, and I think that's ok. I'm gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning, just to get a better idea of where I am fully. Hopefully I'll get my treadmill soon! I want to attempt to walk 8kms a day. Atm, I'm walking 5kms in an hour, so I just have to push myself an extra 45mins and hopefully should do that when I get my treadmill!
Lol, I never thought I'd see the day when I was excited about the delivery of a treadmill
