Thanks guys for your replies. I was drinking quite alot after losing my two babies, during the last 6 months, prolly because I was getting a bit depressed about it all and alcohol is a good way to not think about things. But I would still like to have, as I said say two glasses once a week, and look forward to them and enjoy them. And it seems that it wouldn't sabotage my weight loss efforts. We still have to live, after all. Best wishes to you all.

Im so sorry for your loss :( (((HUGS))) to you hun....but alcohol is NOT the answer.... unless in moderation of course ;) have you ever thought of perhaps seeing a counsellor, who can help you somewhat with your grief? PM me if you ever need to chat :) xxx

I've reduced my alcohol intake, but not so much as a weightloss thing, but as a generally healthier lifestyle thing. I still have the occasional drink or two but dislike getting drunk so usually don't drink. I usually have maybe 1-2 standard drinks per week on average.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
