I had a look at the daily energy needs calculator and while it looks good, came up with one question. How do I know what my daily energy output is?
My moderate energy output, may be someone elses light energy output, which might again be another persons heavy energy output...
Does anyone know where the guidelines for this calculator is?
For example, is an hour of exercise per day considered moderate or heavy? Is walking considered moderate, while a fast paced step class at the gym considered heavy???
Tell me if I am over thinking it...
