Hey all,
.......... Have Had two children and am trying to drop those last few kilos.. You know the ones that dont like to come off easily. I have a major problem with eating really well for a week and then just pigging out on crap!!! I am hoping this site will keep me motivated so i can feel attractive again. I only have three kilos left to lose but i just cant get it off. Look forward to chatting with everyone!!!! :?

What has worked for me (don't know if this will help).......

1. Drink heaps of water

2. Have daily treats of 100-150 calories on a daily basis

3. Get 7 hours of sleep each night

WELL DONE FOR LOSING WEIGHT :D

I know you will lose those 3 stubborn kilos!

Welcome and hit the road if you can. You don't mention exercise, it might just give your body the prompt it needs, good luck.
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

thanx guys!!! i have new found motivation.... Healthy eating and bought a new workout dvd!!!! :lol:
