so I been thinking about it and I will bascially try and follow the core plan but not document it like ww likes me too and I wont be as stricked.

So I will have only 2 slices of bread per day
small amount of rice or pasta when i eat it
fruit at least 2 per day
a bigger healthier lunch
2 liters of water per day
and excerise a few times a week by walking

Starting Weight 20/1/08 ~ 86kg
28/1/08 ~ 85kg
2 /2/08 ~ 84.2

sounds great jez! start as soon as you can, we need to plan for days when we wont be healthy. they will come along now and on maintanance. lets us know how you go. i am doing this at home as well with out shakes or anything. i guess i think it will be more maintainable in the long run. i can find exercise a bit boring as well. i try and reward myself for exercise (try mandies star reward ie, 5 days exercsie = something you want, new dvd, shoes etc) or i make walking dates with people! i never stand them up, but if i had just planned to go by myself, i prob wouldnt go!! good luck :)
