Bad girl ate a naughty food!

Hi today I been a bad girl. I had a jam and peanut butter sandwich (multigrain bread). This is the very first time I had that in the past week. I been doing everything right with exercising, drink heaps of water and following my 7 day week program in my weight watchers book. I'm scared it affect my weigh in tomorrow. Should one peanut butter and jam sandwich affect it?

Do you count points with Weight Watchers? It is my understanding that points are counted with Weight Watchers ....I could be wrong, so sorry if I am, but just count it into your points and move on.

I have broken my set number of calories so often.....I should have reached goal weight a lot earlier. However, it does not matter....WE ARE HUMAN and these things happen! :D

I have a daily treat and count it into my total calorie intake for the day. I have between 100-200 calories for a treat. IN Y EXPRIENCE (you may be different) if I don't have a treat at least a couple of times I week then I end up binge eating. I don't know if you are like me in this case!

Can you have a couple of treats a week on Weight Watchers?

GOSH, I dribble....what I mean is IT'S OKAY!!! YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!! :D

I wouldn't beat yourself up about it :) :) You didn't cave in for the rest of the day and stuff food down your throat! I sincerely doubt it will affect your weigh in :) :) If you're really concerned, do a little extra exercise tonight!

one sandwich shouldnt affect your weigh in too much. we have to allow for these sorts of foods in our diet sometimes, just not all the time :)

I don't think it would affect it that much. Yes do a little more of a walk to cover it, but like someone said, you need a little treat to stop binging. Good Luck to you.

I wouldn't think that it would I wouldnt worry to much at least it was a good choice of food & not like somthing like pizza or chocolate or somthing that you would regreat

Thanks guys I know now I won't eat it again. I get weighed in couple hours so hopefully it won't affect!

How did you go with your weigh in ??

I think if you count your points / calories and account for a treat, you will be fine :)
