Hi Trinity,
Congrats on getting the juicer.
I can't find my healing vegetable juicing book (I must have lent it to someone) but here are some nutritious juice drinks from another book I have called Miracle Juices by Charmaine Yabsley and Amanda Cross printed by hamlyn.

Power Pack
250g carrot
125g beetroot
1 orange
125g strawberries

Juicy Lucy
200g watermelon
200g strawberries

Karma Kooler
600g grapefruit
750g cucumber
sparkling mineral water

Tummy Tickler
300g apple
200g blackcurrants

Bugsy Banana
150g carrot
100g orange
100g banana
1 apricot
decorate with 2 elongated slices of banana

The drink I use to have twice per day was cucumber, lots of carrots and some celery.
It may be very healthy to drink veggie and plant juices but be careful not to have too much
as they sure can add some weight on.

I generally just juice whatever I have. My basic is apple, celery, carrot and ginger. My mum likes to add beetroot and sweet potato as well. Just experiment with flavours. Apple is a good base and make sure not to use too much of the strong flavours like pineapple as they can overpower.

15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
