Hi everyone, just joined, but wanted to share something. You know how there's loads of allegedly "free" sites to track your food etc ? Well, I found one that actually is. http://www.free-diet-tracker.com
I joined up and there's loads of useful stuff. Calorie counter, exercise guide, diary, you can even upload pictures etc.

Not a free trial, never had spam, never even had an unsolicited email from them yet !

Has anyone else found any good stuff to share ?

Hi Herbert, welcome to the forum.
This Weightloss Forum also has quite a bit of information attached for us to use on the home page - http://www.weightloss.com.au/weight-los ... charts.htm
The diet tracker you've shown us is also most informative, thank you so much for sharing it.
Please feel free to jump in on any of the threads you find.

Sorry, had to get the Hello Dolly reference in..... :)

One thing I've noticed is with weights and measures on the free-diet-tracker site I found. The "quart" sizes etc are American, which aren't the same as GB sizes. Do you have the same issue with oz sizes, or are they they same as british ?

Sorry, just an ignorant pom.

Hi Herbert, a fellow pom huh?
I use metric here too, so there are really only annoyances with US sites.
A quick google search http://www.google.com for a unit converter often fixes the few occasionas I do use those sites though.
