I'm back again...hello all!
I've been very busy but have managed to drop my hours at work to concentrate more on me and my family. Hopefully this means that I can take better care of myself and my eating habits.
Lately I have found myself waking up and not feeling like breakfast. Perhaps the change in my routine? I'm tending to stick to fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, and not eat unless I'm hungry. Ive noticed that my bloated stomach has disappeared. (I've cut down on chocolate too!)
Now I gotta get back my motivation to go to the gym. I hate the hot weather.
Hopefully I will visit the boards more often!
