its the same concept, replacing meals with shakes, but you get to eat a few foods that are no no on TF which to me is great because I feel TF is too strict

I found that too, that is why I ended up doing kate morgan (although am struggling to get back on track after a break). Come on to Diet Talk and join in the Kate Morgan post - as you said - they are basically the same.

Cup cake,

I am on it, its a great program. Not too restrictive which agrees with me. I can still lose weight without feeling like I'm starving.

Tried the Kate Morgan shakes, pretty gritty in taste. Betty Baxter seems to taste quite nice.
