Yeah, the food journal is a fantastic tool.
It really makes you accountable and it does stop you from snacking!

Try going to Woolies or Coles and grabbing a pre-washed bag of lettuce/salad mix and a tin of tuna in springwater....

Eat that instead, its quick, you still get to shop and spend money AND its healthy!

Every day is a new day.....
