WOMENS HEALTH MAG!

Dunno if this is anywhere else. But bought a copy today and am very impressed. It's like 'Men's Health' except you know, for women (hehe)

a bit of everything without the celebrity rubbish and heaps of advertising. on the cover this one has: total body workout (tone up slim down target trouble spots), censored and satisfaction, wake up with more energy, be happier, 12 quick health fixes, easy as barbie recipes, your perfect weight (get and stay there). It kind of has like, fitness, nutrition, beauty, health censored & relationships and mind. I bought it because i finished my book and i usually loathe buying magazines but my bro gets the male equivalent and i quite enjoy reading that one so i thought i'd give it a go. Really informative i'd reccomend it, have a flick through when your at kmart or the newsagent.

PS I think I'm getting a subscription for Runner's World for my birthday or Christmas... :)

When it's billion dollar ad campaigns for like Chanel and Dior etc. I get frustrated too because I think a) it adds significantly to the cost of the product and b) it could feed a third world country! priorities, eh?

Runner's World is a mag for and about running (tips, advice, gear, events, profiles etc.) and like the Women's Health mag, at least all the ads are about health & fitness :)

I've read it.

Honestly, it's not that good.

I prefer Mens Health better, it doesn't sugar coat things like Womens Health, and they have great recipes.
