i was just reading ur post again....
if u are lacking energy then you definitely aren't eating enough and im sorry to say this but you may end up caving.
and if your only eating 2000kj a day then that is absolutely not enough.
if you want to stick to the shakes i suggest a bigger lunch and a piece of fruit with your shakes...or have fruit or a healthy snack for morning tea and afternoon tea.....this will serve to boost your metabolism and give you a little extra energy.

You sound right. I'm going to go talk to my doctor about it (It was my old doc that told me the stuff about having 7000kj etc)

I've been on the shakes 3-4 days and all I can do is sleep. I have no energy and I'm all shaky and have massive headaches, so I'll take in all you guys have said and try and work out a better plan with my doctor.
