I just did an interesting experiment

Postby sunshine » Fri Dec 07, 2007 2:14 pm

I just weighed myself before my gym workout, I was 67.4, I did my workout weighed myself again and I was 69.9 :D I will take the last weight, thank you very much

It just proves to me that I shouldn't weigh myself so much and the scales are not that reliable. I am getting my measurements done on Mon, for the month, and my trainer said the body fat thingo! she does will be a better indication, and to throw away my scales. Does this sound right that the body fat index is more crucial? My clothes are def looser and I feel fitter, stronger and slimmer, but the scales are a visual thing, I like seeing the decrease. Have a great weekend everyone :D

I can put on 2kg from a workout (with no fluid consumed). I blame it on my muscles getting "puffy" and my scales getting sh**ty at me for weighing myself so frequently.
