just had my measurements done, are these results good?

Hi everyone, I have been doing my fitness thing for 4 weeks and had my assessment done today. Can you check out my results and tell me is this good for a 4 week plan, I am happy with the results, especially the body fat %. I am going to have the hips and thighs rechecked because I have def lost weight from here and the girl doing the check was not my usual trainer and couldn't find my hips at first :shock: Measurements in cm.

bust 103 down to 99.5
waist 94 down to 88
hips 102 down to101.5???
thighs R64 L64 down to R62 L64???
arms R30 L29.5 down to R29 L28.5
weight 69.2 down to 67.3
body fat 45.71 down to 42.90 3 % loss
cardio average to good

The other trainer came in and said this result looks more like an 8 weight plan rather than a 4. I am just happy to see some difference, but am just wondering if this is average or fairly good??
My weight has not really moved for about 2 weeks so I am a bit concerned about that too.

The result are very good!!
i think you should pay more attention to the measurements....because you have to be getting a little muscle and that weighs more than fat!
and you have dropped body fat %
so i think you're doing fantastic!
keep at it.. :D

WOW! That's excellent .....a loss of 3% body fat, fantastic work. I would be happy with those results! :D You are amazing

i think that's great and you can also look at it as that you've lost 14cm (did that by adding up all the losses), which is AWESOME!!! :D

Looks great to me! Especially the waist - 88cm is what we're all supposed to be aiming for, it's the defining point between healthy and unhealthy, apparently.

thanks everyone. I am especially happy with my waist measurement now, and I was thinking yesterday that I am doing this fitness/health thing to look and feel good but it dawned on me that I am helping my heart and body get fitter to be around longer for my children. That makes me feel very good :D

I wouldn't worry about getting your measurements rechecked, I've found that I have lost a lot more a lot faster from my bust and waist compared to my lower body, and you really want to take the weight off of your torso anyway :D It'll even itself out eventually and your losses are great!! Good work and congratulations!!

Congrats that is a great achievement and you should be proud! apparently you lose weight from the top down, which explains the little loss of lower body cm. Hang in there it sounds like you are doing a great job!!! Congrats

Congrats - fabulous achievement there !. Also sounds a lot like how I started losing it as in from the top down. Sure my request was to loose it from the ass up but just happy that its going.

Hi everyone, well I wasn't happy with my hips and thighs measurements, as I knew I had lost more cm than what showed as all my clothes are loose. So I made a visit with my original trainer, who was sick the day I had my assessment done, and now my hips are officially down from 102 to 99 actually and my thighs from 64 each to 61 and 60 respectively. So I am more happier than a pig in mud on a hot day now :lol:
