Feeling a bit down

Postby yoyogirl88 » Fri Dec 14, 2007 3:29 pm

Im having a very off day today. Ive been sick and havent been exercising except for little 15 walks up the street and walking around the supermarket or cleaning around the house. So im having a yuck day.

I have also not been working the last few days as work dies off and I have been snacking more. Im still staying under my cals and having healthy snacks but I still feel yuck.

Also I have not been writing on here for lack of replys and feel down about that.

My boyfriend is telling me that i look like a lil has come off but hey i wont know until sunday.
I hate feeling yucky.

Going for a walk while feeling down was an excellent idea...it doesnt matter if it was short i bet it must have made you feel a little better at least.
We are here and we are all in this together.

Awww hun that's no good that you feel so dwon :( Don't worry we all have times like this.

That is good that you are still eating healthy. Maybe try and scull some water instead of eating? Or maybe have some protein rich snacks to try and fill you up so you won't feel like snacking.

As for the exercise... we all have down stages. Maybe try and convince your man to do some with you? Go for a walk tonight perhaps.

I hope you feel better and happier soon hun *hugs*

Thanks guys. Me and my lovely man went for a half hour walk tonight. It was nice we saw one of my exercise obsessed workmates drive past and she gave me a thumbs up. Im feeling much happier tonight except I have to find something for dinner because the family is having pasta and OMG there are so many cals in pasta I didnt realise =( im gunna miss it very much. I may just have some tuna with a 4 bean mix and a lil pasta. I figure it out.

good on you for posting and asking for more support!!!!! that is a hard thing to do! i know when i feel like that i just keep it to myself which makes things worse-often it just takes someone to say something very simple and to know someone cares or understands to snap you out of your misery. hope the scales are kind to you when you do weigh in but if not its really no big deal just make the next week count. hugs to you XXX

Sorry to hear you're feeling down. I hope you get better soon. I'm impressed that you still managed to go for a walk while you weren't feeling the best. That shows real dedication!

And good on you for sticking to healthy snacks and keeping until your kilojoule recommendation even while you were ill. That's really inspiring.

Hope things pick up for you soon.

*Hugs*

Hello! Well done on the healthy snacking. I hope you're blissed out tomorrow after your weigh-in :) You sound like you've mentally come a long way in such a short amount of time. Not even two weeks you had every excuse under the sun not to eat right or exercise - but look at you now! Keep it up :D
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
