Don't worry we all have times like this.
That is good that you are still eating healthy. Maybe try and scull some water instead of eating? Or maybe have some protein rich snacks to try and fill you up so you won't feel like snacking.
As for the exercise... we all have down stages. Maybe try and convince your man to do some with you? Go for a walk tonight perhaps.
