that darned not so magical number

Postby scoots » Sat Dec 15, 2007 7:53 pm

ok, so thought i would pose a question...

what is the number that you have found in the past (or are finding now) that you find it difficult to get under??? also if you have managed to get past this number, any tips for those that haven't???

personally, since going over 100 i have not been able to get back under it. the closest i have gotten in 100.8kg, i can't remember exactly what i did coz it was a few years ago but i'm guessing i went and ate a whole pile of crap!!!

so i know when i get there again i'm gonna have to work really hard, mentally and physically coz i think its become a bit of a mental hurdle now as well as a physical one!!!

Got it! If I split up with hubby, I'll pull my finger out and the weight will come off :D Now, where's my mobile, better text hubby and let him know he's sooo dropped :P

Thanks for the idea, Em ;)

A week ago I would have said 100 but I think I'll be under that by Christmas unless I have major blowouts between now and then, but 90 is my real number. I can't remember a time in the past too many years I've been under 90... I'll be dancing with Lionel on the ceiling when I hit the 80's 8)

At the moment, it's 51kg! I was down below 50 for most of this year, but it just blew out the few months and I cannot get back :( I need to start eating a proper amount of food and stop continually overeating.... that would help
