I was going to do it last year but never had the time to do the amount of exercise & dedication you need to be apart of it especially when it was around christmas time when the challenge was on as I worked till early hours of the morning I was so tired all the time, working till 2 - 4 in the morning really took it out of me. But there were alot of people at my gym who were doing it. If you do it right you can get some really great results. Just stay away from that chocolate, you can have it everyday but portion it.
