my question is for my mini work-out which i could do from 1-5 times a day on top of my work-out, do u think its ok to do these exercises ive chosen every day up to 5 times????
my mini work-out is in order:
2min jog
1min crunches
1min push-ups
2min jog
1min squats
1min star jumps
1min marching on the spot
1min jog

this on top of my cardio and weights 6/7days. ive done this mini work-out befor as its easy to do round my 3 kids but if anyone has any advice on any changes please throw them at me, i need to get back on track. thanx in advance.

But someone else might be able to help a bit more indepth then me! :wink:

That sounds great to me. I think you'll find it will help perk up your metabolism throughout the day. I dance around a fair bit to music, I think it contributes more than I realise.

Just a suggestion

How about :

1min of lunges - great for the butt
&
1min of Leg lifts - brilliant for lower tummy

flat on the ground on your back, arms by the side or underneath your lower back if you need support and lifting your legs off the ground together and slowly without bending them.
