hi guys and girls,

I'm going through my own little thing at the moment and am trying to find the motivation in sticking to what I'm doing. After having no results but feeling better sometimes I cant help to feel that it's all for nothing.

I am interested in hearing what you guys do and what results you've had.

Hi BPF!

About 6 years ago I used to weigh 76kgs (well, that was the heaviest recorded weight) so now i'm 13.5kgs lighter, but this current time around, i've only lost 3.5kgs. Hoping (no, stuff that, i'm GOING) to lose at least another 4.5kgs. Maybe more, but i'll see how I go!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

I've lost umm.. 32.4kg! I lost it slowly, lost about half and then maintained it for ages, got slack and got a boyfriend and put on 6kg, then when we broke up I got serious about it and lost that 6kg + the rest :) I've been maintaining (and losing a few extra kilo's) since June this year :)

Ive lost 12.9kgs since mid November.

Ive done a complete body overhaul in terms of exercise. Not allowing anything to be an excuse anymore and have gotten hubby involved with my exercise. It's been terribly hard, but I remain focussed on doing this, hubby is strict with me too which also helps !

Well done ppl, anything can be done.

My personal achievement was dropping from 162kg to 90kg was a seriously hard task and took me a little over a year. I have held a sub 100kg for 14 months now (189cm tall male) but the battle is constant. Lots o exercise and diet for me (baby steps at start) got me there - there is no cnr cutting in weight loss.

Even though having a baby has put me back to where I started (but so worth it) I had lost 30kg when I was 18, I was going to fernwood gym started at 100kg got to 83kg. Started work and got to 78kg. then lost the the remaining 8kg when i broke up with my boyfriend. It took a bit over a year but that is because i got lazy when i had my job but i know what it feels like to be slim and feel confident so i am 100% confident i can get there again (I hope)

CW - 84.3kg on 29.03.08
GW - 65kg

3rd MINI GOAL - 78kg (15kg lost) = $50 into Clothing Kitty ($150 TTL)

I was 99kg in September 2005 when I was 18 years old, as of this morning I'm 77.8kg... but over this time I've also put on some muscle, so I'm not exactly sure how much fat I've lost.

I've lost about 5-7kgs, at least 7 to 10 times over the last 13 years. Up and down between 56kg and 48kg :( I could say that I have lost like 50kgs but they were all the same kgs hahaha.
