I resisted temptation and I won!!!!!!!

I never realised just how much free food is on offer at my place of work until I started saying no!

Regularly cakes come around, biscuits are always on offer and chocolate bars almost once a week. Every fortnight we have morning tea and that consists of yummy savouries (my weakness) with yep you guessed it chocolate biscuits and lollies. This is all free except for when you put in money for the morning tea and that is only when it is your turn to supply the goods. We also have had a pancake day and hot cross bun morning to raise money...

All of which I have said no to...although I did give money for the causes and let someone else have my share.

How do I resist this temptation? I think of my ideal weight and how much healthier I feel already for the weight I have lost and I know if I eat that stuff I simply won't get there. So much of this really is a state of mind...but is it easy Hell No! :lol:
