Yep I'm a morning weigher too, off to the loo then strip down and jump on the scales.
Emma, glad to see I'm not the only one jumping on the scales more than once.
I think you get a more accurate weight when you do it first thing in the morning because throughout the day our weight can fluctuate about a kg from eating, drinking, exercising etc.
I think the most important thing is to make sure you weigh around the same time on the same day every week, they say that this way you'll get the most accurate reading.
I also make sure that I'm weigh in the same thing, my birthday suit at least this way I can't blame different clothing for a fluctuation.
Never did make sense that people at WW would turn up in leggings one week, jeans the next, especially since every 100gm counts!
