Yesterday I did;
20 mins crunches+side ways one and the leg lifts.
20 mins Upper body light weights.
Those were split into 2 morning and night.
40 mins on the treadmill at the gym.
10 mins on the Rower.
and a Body Balance Class.
Also an extra activity.
I input that into the CK data base and that was the number it spat back at me.
Today i did my crunches and upper body the same. Instead though I did only a Jam class as well.
20 month old twins and a breastfed bubba. Busy mama!
