Too much exercise!!!

OK according to CK I burnt around 1299 Cals today. Ive only eaten about 1350 cals does that mean I should eat more.

Im confused. :?

That's about what I'm aiming for at the moment as well!

I think it is okay, but because you have got such a large calorie deficit, I wouldn't do that for too long. Say maybe 4 or 5 days max, then add in a higher intake/lower excercise day, to prevent the dreaded starvation mode/metabolic slowdown :wink:

You must have done a tonne of excercise today, good job :D

YaY That will be tomorrow because I'm taking andys lil sister to my BodyJam class so I cant do any extra exercise afterwards or before tomorrow. I cant beleive my cals were so low today i am aiming for 1500. I even had a maccas sundae today, although the rest of the day rocked!!!!

Thats about 2 hours of intense exercise, or 180 minutes of jogging.

What were you doing to burn off that much? 600 calories a day for me is just soooo tiring.

wow congrats on getting stuck into that much exercise, how many cals does calorie king advise u to burn?? goodluck with ur weightloss.

CK doesn't advice that you burn a certain amount of cals, just as long as you do at least 30 minitues of physical activity a day.
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs

Yesterday I did;

20 mins crunches+side ways one and the leg lifts.
20 mins Upper body light weights.
Those were split into 2 morning and night.
40 mins on the treadmill at the gym.
10 mins on the Rower.
and a Body Balance Class.
Also an extra activity. :oops:

I input that into the CK data base and that was the number it spat back at me.

Today i did my crunches and upper body the same. Instead though I did only a Jam class as well.

Hahaha an extra activity... that took a while to sink in :lol:

For me to get to 1200cals is at least 90 mins of cardio and about 40 mins of walking and some weights. I don't do so much of the extra activities though hahaha :wink:
