I'm the same as you. I feel guilty for having a day off, then I remember not so long ago every day was a day off
I'm def going to give myself a day off when I want/feel like one, but right now i'm so into everything that I don't WANT a day off!
Also, i'm worried about binging all day if I sit around and do nothing
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
