first things to look at..
- genetics play a part, not that this is a reason for anything changing or not.. but something to keep in mind.
- hmm, sounds like your exercising alot, which is great..
- sounds like you're watching your eating habits etc..
Getting the metabolism to fire while you sleep is a great thing to have to help you control weight, to do that, possibly attending to a nutrition program, in other words try mixing things up for a week, lets see what happens.. substituting or adding some small things.
but basically we could design a schedule for each day to see if we can use food to help tighten things.
also, if you could tell me what kinds of things you do at your different exercises/activities, and how hard do you push yourself out of 10.
i won't go on too much more, cos really i'd like to find out more, so i'm not generalising and we can find the solution quicker.
i may need a little more info, if you'd be glad to email some stuff..
- things such as old eating habits, possible before and after shots, eg, one from awhile ago, one recent.. and if not, cos of privacy etc, i fully understand
