I had one of those days yesterday.
I had almost 2000 cals!!!! I did 2hrs exercising but didn't push myself like I normally would, I just couldn't be bothered, I took it quite easy.
I'm feeling ready to take on the world today though.
So don't be too hard on yourself, we all have those days sweety.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
