Struggle day

Does anyone else have a day where they just struggle? I find wednesday to be my bad day. Especially with exercise. I will start walking home and just find that my body doesnt get into it like other days.

Yep, I know what you mean :evil: I had one of those days yesterday.

I had almost 2000 cals!!!! I did 2hrs exercising but didn't push myself like I normally would, I just couldn't be bothered, I took it quite easy.

I'm feeling ready to take on the world today though.

So don't be too hard on yourself, we all have those days sweety.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Today is a new day :) Dont worry - not being hard on myself, i just found it interesting that for me, i really dont seem to be able to "get into it" on a certain day of the week.

I'm finding every second day is a struggle day recently! I have to force myself to exercise, force myself to eat good food instead of bad, and I'm really struggling to stay within my calorie allowance.

Yeah I for sure have days like that! Sometimes it seems impossible and taking so long to make a change, but we just have to hang in there as good things come to those who wait! :wink:

Today, So I bought a fit ball and pumped it up and while i did it i did squats. Owww but in a good way, so now im using my fitball as a puter chair (I saw someone mention it), makes me fell a lil better about slacking off.

i wish food didnt taste so damn good. Or at least that the food that was good for you tasted like the food that isnt. Mars bar flavoured brocoli. Whoever invents that will make billions!

Friday night and all weekend are hard,
Friday/sat night I liked to relax with bad food and a bottle of wine.
Sat and Sun we're out and about and it just so tempting to stray.
1 week in and I haven't cheated yet! Hooray!
