well i went, and survived.
and was happy, cos the lady gave me an icy pole. (its 41 in melby today!)
Anyways, was really good.
I bought a little food journal to track my points and I think i am going to respond really well with the program, cos it is so black and white. (with the points value etc).
I think i am at a bit of an advantage, after listening to some people who go excercising for 20mins a day, whereas i go to the gym for 1.5hours, but i guess each to their own.
Its a weee bit expensive, but I am going to give it a go and hopefully gain some new knowledge.
