how was it???

i bet you felt on a high after, ready to take on anything! places like that are great, to keep you in check and motivated. That's one thing that i believe stops or starts weightloss journeys. motivation. its the hardest part :)

and you are already ahead by attending weight watchers :)

OK!

well i went, and survived.

and was happy, cos the lady gave me an icy pole. (its 41 in melby today!)

Anyways, was really good.

I bought a little food journal to track my points and I think i am going to respond really well with the program, cos it is so black and white. (with the points value etc).

I think i am at a bit of an advantage, after listening to some people who go excercising for 20mins a day, whereas i go to the gym for 1.5hours, but i guess each to their own.

Its a weee bit expensive, but I am going to give it a go and hopefully gain some new knowledge.

I am a WW veteran so if you have any questions please feel free to ask!

I rejoined last saturday and I am determined to stick with it this time!!

I don't find it anywhere near as expensive as the other weightloss plans out there!

thats what i thought too.

it is only costing me 17 bucks a week, which is heaps cheaper than celebrity slim, and i actually think i might be able to stick with it.

and i got these really yumo looking chocolate snack bars!

Good work!

You should check out the unlimited plan... it drops the weekly price quite a bit. Plus you get the online tools.

yeah the lady was talking that plan up, but i am not a big fan of signing up to stuff with direct debits and my creditcardo.

i think actually having to rock up, and give them money to measure my fat will motivate me a little bit as well.

If you can/want to, buy one of those little calculators - I swear by mine especially food shopping.
You get to learn points values pretty quickly but its always good to look for new food items.
Try the WW Chocolate cake bars in the supermarket 1.5 each
and the WW icecreams - I ate those even when I wasn't dieting. My favourite is the caramel Sunday at the moment! YUM
