How are we this morning? I woke up so early and now I'm really bored!! I know I should go for a walk or something but it's too hot!! I have a chiropractor appt at 10:30 and it's about 2kms away so I'll walk to that!
Anywho, just wanted to share a yummy recipe for a low fat, low GI breakfast!!
1 Apple, remove the skin and core, cut into smaller pieces.
1 portion of natural yoghurt (I use 150g)
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender, or use a stab mixer and blend! Yum yum yum, enjoy!!! This fills me up way more than cereal and it keeps me fuller for longer..
