hey guys!!

How are we this morning? I woke up so early and now I'm really bored!! I know I should go for a walk or something but it's too hot!! I have a chiropractor appt at 10:30 and it's about 2kms away so I'll walk to that!

Anywho, just wanted to share a yummy recipe for a low fat, low GI breakfast!!

Ok, take

1 Apple, remove the skin and core, cut into smaller pieces.
1 portion of natural yoghurt (I use 150g)
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in a blender, or use a stab mixer and blend! Yum yum yum, enjoy!!! This fills me up way more than cereal and it keeps me fuller for longer..

That sounds great. I'd have to make it with soy yoghurt, but I wonder what it would taste like frozen. (I'm loving frozen food in all this heat!)

Pureed apple would probably be nice too. Then you wouldn't need the blender.
