:cry: grrr im so angry at myself, i havnt been on here for a while but i think i should as i have managed to get back up to 119 kgs :oops: i went off lite n easy because i was ready to start preparing my own meals myself to lose weight and all ive done is gone completely backwards. i ended up having another bday being a fatty which i didnt want. size 14 i will be happy with i can do this. i think i got comfortable with my weight cause at where i work im one of the smaller gals. so ok its a new year , 1 yr older .... lets try this again ...

Hey Charli! Its good to see you back. How is the new job going anyway??

Sometimes its really hard to stay on track when something changes in your life, like a new job, and xmas/new year season sure doesnt help either! But thats all in the past now, time to look forward and work towards a slimmer healthier you! :wink:

I completely understand being comfortable with yourself. I have a lot of friends who are also overweight, so you start to not worry so much sometimes I think. It is always in the back of my head though!

Don't worry bout the weight gain. You'll soon lose it again. Look at the sliver lining: you didn't gain all the weight back :D

thanks ppls i really do hope i can do this it gets so frustrating, my partner has been talking about marriage for a lil while now and im starting to consider the whole idea. But i want to get my weight loss on track and end up being a nice figured bride.
