OMG!!!! wow I'm soooo happy the last week and a bit at the gym has paid off. I Jogged on the treadmill for 5 mins straight today without near passing out. I was even able to go on walking .

It is a HUGE acomplishment for me!!!!

Also Im starting to get fresh strechmarks, the bittersweet loss indicator.
20 month old twins and a breastfed bubba. Busy mama!
Starting this time at 99.5
Current weight 97.9

Well done! That is so great, your fitness must really be improving :D

Don't worry too much about the stretch marks, they fade and a tan always covers up the scars.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
