Hi Fay,
The first three days I had on-again off-again carb withdrawal headaches as well as hunger pains. It's only a 200g water shake and pretending it's a filling meal was impossible.
After the the first week I now feel super charged with energy and I no longer feel hungry at all, infact I nearly forgot to have one of my meal shakes the other day because I was not hungry
That is amazing for a habitual food picker (I normally search the cupboards every 20 mins for something to nibble on, but the last 3 days I have little interest in food) Yippie!

Hi Dolly,

How are you going on your new diet? I've read that you're now over the headaches and the hunger stage, which is great, congratulations!

Have you lost any weight yet? I'm interested in trying it but would like to know if it actually works.

Hayley.

Im also on the Tony Ferguson diet... and I thought that the 1st 2-3 days I was going to end up in hospital suffering carbohydrate withdrawal disease and have to be feed bread and potatoes through a drip :? ... I had the headaches and felt lethargic.
After that I feel so good... Im not so hungry anymore and rather then counting down minutes to the next shake it can be hours that have passed to when I realise Im hungry again.
And the first week has passed and I got weighed today.... I had lost 4.7 kgs and 5 cms of my tummy.
So so far I have nothing but good things to say about it... I guess we will just have to wait til next week to see if it changes :)

I'm now only on one shake per day. I have my sister-in-law staying with us and preparing all the meals makes it heard to stick to the ferguson diet.
I do not have a desire to eat naughty foods anymore so it must be good.
When I went for my weight-in and tummy measurement last Saturday they said I had lost 7cm off my waist in the two weeks :D

Wow that is fantastic Dolly! Do you know how much in kgs you have lost??? Measurements is the more important but it is a great boost to see it come off on the scales as well. Mind dont like to move too much at the moment!!!

Hi Dolly,

I'm very curious to find out if you're still on the Tony Ferguson diet. I am going to buy the stuff for it on Monday and was wondering what your experience has been so far?

Also, I'd love to hear more about it from others of you who are on it or who have been on it or who know people who are on it.

Thanks guys, Hayley.

Hi Hayley, the Tony Ferguson protein/vitamin meal replacement shakes do make you feel energized and they do make you lose weight but I couldn't stick with it because I kept seeing other food in the house that was savory instead of the sweet sachets so I caved in (towards the end of my third week I kept feeling hungry like when I first started the diet)

If you go on it, let us know what you're going through.
