Anything and everything concerning weight loss.
I've never followed how many calories I should be eating per day how do you calculate this and is this effective I am really curious as to how this works.

the best thing to do is to go to http://www.calorieking.com.au
and input your stats and they work out how many cals you need to consume to lose weight.
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs
