week 2 of the gym!

:lol: Hey guys! It's week 2 of the gym and my partner and i are goin great guns! My clothes already feel loose! And my arms are getting their definition back! Just gotta work on those abs!
By the way have you guys tried any of the shakes out there? I was thinking of trying the Musashi brand SLM Fat Metabolising Formula with 20g of protein in each serve, Any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated! :D
I will be skinny one day!

Thats great! Well done on week 2, sounds like you're getting quick results too - very motivating stuff :D

I don't take shakes, but heaps of other members on here do so you'll get lots of feedback. I'm more of a protein bar gal myself - any excuse to eat :oops: :lol:

Well done on the two weeks, great work!

I like the Musashi 92 protein powder. It's 92% protein (funnily enough) so *gets calculator out* a 30g serve would have about 27g of protein. So I think that's better value for money.... I also make my own protein bars out of it, which are delicious, if I do say so myself :lol:
